The latest release for the Barcrest brand is based on the classic board game, Monopoly. MONOPOLY Bring The House Down features the developer's trademark Big Bet options, loads of added free spins, and special 'Hot Zones' that turn Wild.
But will you be passing 'Go' and collecting £200 or hitting a double 1 and being sent to jail? Let's review and take a closer look.
Monopoly Bring the House Down is a slot machine by Barcrest. According to the number of players searching for it, Monopoly Bring the House Down is not a very popular slot. Still, that doesn't necessarily mean that it's bad, so give it a try and see for yourself, or browse popular casino games. Monopoly Bring The House Down slot is inventive and a good take on an old theme but again the Big Bets is the issue. Your basic RTP is only 94.10% and rises to 98.10 if you play the two higher BB spin values. Monopoly Bring the House Down. Monopoly Bring the House Down is a great fun online and £500 jackpot slot. If you didn’t play Monopoly as a kid or while growing up, then you missed out on a great board game. Fortunately, this is the theme that Barcrest integrates into the Monopoly Bring the House Down slot.
The MONOPOLY Bring The House Down video slot is played out on a 5-reel set-up with 4 horizontal rows. Coins start from just 0.01, but that's a bet spread across 2 lines. The minimum stake for the 40 fixed paylines, therefore, is 0.20. There's a decent high limit option for gamblers, though, with 25.00 coin bets making for a 500.00 max bet.
The BIG BET option makes things even more interesting. These are added options which let you take a pick from eight hidden 'Community Chest' cards. Here you can earn extra spins, Wilds, or 'hotels' that can increase your payouts by turning into Wild multipliers and locking in place on the reels.
The Big Bets range from 20.00 (1 pick and 5 Big Bet spins), 30.00 (2 picks), 40.00 (3 picks), and 50.00 (4 picks plus the Big Bet spins) and can be pretty lucrative. On a 1-pick Big Bet of 20.00 we managed near-400.00 'MEGA' wins.
Added features of the Big Bet include a promised 'win on every spin' and the low limit 10-to-King symbols being removed from the reels.
The base game payouts can be pretty decent. As well as the regular 10, J, Q, K, and A symbols (paying 4-8x for three-of-a-kind to 40-60x for 5OAK), the regular MONOPOLY pieces are featured too. The boat, car, cat, and dog pay from 8x line bet for 3OAK to 160x for a 5OAK jackpot. The payouts drop substantially when the Big Bet option is selected, however.
Look out for the green houses, familiar from the MONOPOLY board. They spin 'on top' of the regular reels and can come to a stop anywhere (sometimes way outside the game reels). If these 'hot zones' land on reel spots they will turn the symbols Wild.
These act as Wild symbols and will award 20x to 200x your line bet if you land 3-5 on an active payline. They substitute for all regular symbols in the game. At random, though, the Hot Zone House can be upgraded to a red Hotel. A random multiplier will be added to any red hotel Wild that lands on an active payline.
If free games are your thing, you can win added spins by landing three MONOPOLY logo Scatter symbols on Reels 1, 3 and 5. Better still, if one of the Hotels or Hot Zone Houses land on a Scatter they become a combined Wild Scatter symbol.
8 free spins are won by triggering the Scatters. And, as mentioned, any Houses or Hotels that land will freeze in position for the duration of the free spins feature.
If you remember your MONOPOLY, you'll remember the Chance card which could lead to added cash, or send you to jail. This appears in the MONOPOLY Bring The House Down online slot. The Chance is triggered at random, and players have to choose 1 of 3 hidden cards to reveal a Hot Zone. This will drop down onto the reels and turn Wild.
There's one final bonus with the Hot Zone. If it falls and lands ENTIRELY outside the reels you can win a special BONUS DROP award.
There's no doubt that MONOPOLY Bring The House Down is an online slots title that's aimed for the bigger gambler. High roller punters can enjoy a 98.1% RTP when playing the BIG BET. This sinks to 94.1% if you are gambling at less than 2.00 a spin.
Our smart money, then, is on taking the plunge and selecting one or two Big Bets with a choice of Community Chest cards. Thunderstruck ii slot review. You never know, you might just roll the right dice for big wins.

This Monopoly Bring The House Down mobile slot has the big bet game feature that many Barcrest slot fans have come to love.
That’s because, if you are willing to pay extra, you get more than just a standard 5 reel, 40 payline slot.
What you buy is a huge selection of extra features, and more importantly, more wins.
It’s a big ask.
Because unlike games like Rainbow Riches Pick n Mix slot, where you can spin on the lower value big bet spins and still get some worthwhile spin, not so with this Monopoly Bring The House Down casino game.
Basically, what they are asking you to do is spin 5 spins at 50 in cash, total.
You’ll then get a pick of 4 possible community chest cards that give you added extras like more spins for your money, sticky wilds, multipliers, etc…
Sure you can. You can bet as little as 0.40 a spin and forget all this big bet option, instead playing over 40 reels in the hope to catch some free spins and some wilds.
But there’s little satisfaction found and few worthy wins; you might as well play on the Monopoly Once Around Deluxe edition, which is simpler and clearer.
Considering the name, you’d think that Barcrest could have been a little more generous, or at least friendlier to small budget players.
But unless you have the cash to splash to hit all the big bet bonuses, this only gives you the illusion of paying out often.
Personally, we’d still rather play on Super Monopoly Money, which doesn’t have quite as high payout but is more fun.

Hot Zone Wild Feature: When you first load this Monopoly mobile slot in portrait mode, you'll wonder why it can't be landscape like any other 40 payline game.
After all, it doesn't have multiple reels like in the Epic Monopoly 2 phone slot.
Except it kind of does, as at the top, patterns of 'houses' spin. Sometimes, they spin and land on the reels below, turning that 'area' into wilds.
It can lead to around 2 to 3 wilds on screen - potentially much more. But we haven't seen that happen outside of the free spin bonus games.
Hotel Upgrade Feature: After any spin where you get the hot zone, the Hasbro man can show up and turn any houses into hotels - effectively giving multipliers to the wilds.
Scatters and Free Spins: 3 scatter symbols, in this case the Monopoly slot symbol, show up on screen, you'll trigger 8 free spins.
These are special because when the Hot Zone wild land on screen, they stay on screen till the end of the free spins; essentially giving you (potentially) a screen full of sticky wilds.
The scatter symbol only shows up on reels 1, 3, and 5.
Chance Card Feature: Awarded at random, you get to pick from 3 chance cards which reveal a Hot Zone wild pattern.
That pattern will then drop onto the reels, giving you extra wilds for that spin.
Selector Feature: You'd be forgiven for falling asleep during the Monopoly Bring Down The House slot machine, but don't.
Randomly, a hot zone wild pattern will drop on screen, and you'll have 3 seconds to accept or reject it.
If you reject it, you may get a better pattern, but you can also lose all the wilds all together.
Honestly, if you love wild patterns, the Incinerator slot by Yggdrasil is way more interesting.
Big Bet Spins: These are collection of 5 spins that you play at one set price.
These higher worth spins will allow you to pick from a mini game where you get extra features on the reels.
You'll want as many picks as you can get, as before you play your 5 spins, you'll pick from a set of 8 cards to win any of the following (or combination of):
Even with these added extras we struggled to get wins much bigger than 10x our bet.
Barcrest have made a habit of making great Monopoly slots to play on mobile.
This is not one of them.
The graphics are as good as you'd expect from a machine based on the most famous of all the board games, and the free spins are terrific fun when you catch them.
But the returns are so poor, unless you want to bet around 6 to 10 a spin, in cash, that it doesn't feel right to give this Monopoly Bring The House Down slot any more stars.Ready To Start Spinning?Play at Casumo »Get 100% Bonus Up To €300 + 20 Free Spins On Book of Dead T&Cs ApplyOr you can play Monopoly Bring The House Down at one of these mobile casinos:
